It's human nature to love DIY projects.  There's just something about doing stuff all by yourself that makes us feel accomplished and proud. I love arts & crafts DIY, (knitting being one of my personal favorites- thanks Grandma). I also feel really good anytime I accomplish DIY projects around the house.

So today I wanted to share with you one of my most requested releases: a simple do-it-yourself shoulder massage in my very first video!!!
