We've all been there. You've been at the desk for too long, your eyes start to glaze over, you start to slouch and you just wanna lay down and take a nap. But you can't! There's still work to be done.

That sluggish feeling from sitting too long is what I like to call your Desk Zombie. Here's a Pilates quick-fix to wake you up, open your shoulders and keep those dang desk zombies away!
