Got the urge to feel a burn? I'm shaking things up today with a foam roller bridge. If you've taken mat classes with me, you've likely tried this one. The foam roller de-stabilizes the feet and legs, creating more challenge.This is one of the more advanced variations on bridging. If this is too challenging, forego using the roller and try the same sequence with the feet on the ground.
