We’re going into the full version of the Leg Pull today! There's a lot going on in this exercise.
The things I LOVE about the Leg Pull
- It helps to open your chest

- Strengthens shoulders, glutes & hamstrings
- Works your psoas
- Challenges your leg alignment
- It’s advanced
As always, if this exercise doesn’t feel good in your body, don’t do it! As I progress through the sequence, feel free to simply hang out in the original position or go back to the Leg Pull Prep if the progression is too challenging or you are losing form.
