I’d like to introduce you to the first piece of equipment that Joseph Pilates invented, the Reformer.  Mr. Pilates invented what he called The Universal Reformer to help his students find more precision and clarity in the mat work.

He intended for the equipment to act as a teacher’s hand, to give feedback and allow students to move with more efficiency.

Check out the video below to take a look at all the parts of the Reformer and watch a demonstration by MOI!

There are unlimited options for exercises that can be done on the Reformer and it can be quite helpful for rehabilitative purposes in addition to fitness. It’s truly a brilliant piece of equipment.

If you haven’t been on the Reformer, or it’s been a while, I highly encourage you to take a moment for yourself and go for a spin on this awesome apparatus.

Thanks again for watching.

                                Aloha,

P.S. Just in case you missed 'em meet the Springboard, the ladder barrel and the Wunda Chair.
