Today, I’d like to introduce you to the Wunda Chair.  Also known as "the chair," this piece can be quite challenging. Contrary to the Reformer or the Springboard, there's not much support under you. But, that’s what makes it great. Your body must adapt quickly.

It’s such a simple setup, but a powerful piece for gaining strength and balance. Some of my favorite exercises on the chair are great for knee & ankle stability, core work (of course!), upper body and balance.

Take a look at the video below to see what it’s all about.

I have only scratched the surface in showing the variety of exercises that can be one on the Wunda Chair in this video. At my studio, I use the chair in my private sessions.

Do you have a favorite piece of Pilates equipment? If so, let me know in the comments below.

If you've never been on the equipment before, which piece is the most intriguing to you: The Reformer, Springboard, Ladder Barrel or the Chair? Let me know which piece and why in the comments below.

Thanks so much for watching and sharing.
