Over time we can lose touch with our feet. We forget what they're capable of. And sometimes we forget that our feet should really feel good. 

Today's Pilates quick-fix is designed to stretch and strengthen your feet. 

What I love most about working out your feet is that it can be surprisingly challenging for your brain. Your brain and your feet are at opposite ends of the body- so those signals have to travel quite a ways.  

Give these exercises a whirl and let me know how it goes for you. If they aren't coming easily to you, keep practicing. You'll be surprised how quickly your feet can learn these small but mighty exercises.
