It's time for part 2 of the theraband workout... 

If you've been practicing the first portion of the workout for the last 2 weeks, you're probably ready for the 2nd portion! As a reminder, this 2nd part is intended to be tacked on to the first portion for additional strengthening.

It's SO fun. I add in spinal extension to get us out of the "sitting at a computer" posture, glute and leg exercises to wake those muscles up and even more arm exercises. 

I would NOT suggest doing part 2 without doing part 1, as the body must be warm and prepared for the more challenging exercises. Here are the 2 videos in order.
